Finally managed to get this poem from the movie Aalavandhan. Written by Vairamuthu…

Sirpamaana pendirenru thedi odum maanida;
(Hey! Man who’s running after a shaply woman)

Arpamana maadharodu aasai kolvathenada;
(Why do you desire a cheap woman)

Karpu onru-irukkudhoa;
(Has she got a thing called chastity?)

kaaval onru-irukkudhoa;
(Is there a security to it?)

karbamerum paiyanodu kavasamitirukkudhoa;
(The child inside, is it an armor for her.)

ATLAST. Romba nandri thalaiva…. Google is atlast working. Been searching for these lines for almost 2 years now. I still wonder. Was that all it? I thought the poemwas longer?

Note : The lines in english as shown in the subtitle of the flim.

I think the last line is wrong and doesnt fit with meaning .English meaning in subtitle is also wrongly interpreted.

This is my understanding : karbam mearum(yerum) payii nodu(passage) kavasamittirukudho( mayiam kondirukudho).
:
Is is matching with ur scence…

But my friend says It is ,” karppu(virginity) meerum (violating) payyanodu(boy), kavasam ittirukkudho(safe guarding)”
